Declaration
As far as I am aware, I have disclosed to Babybliss all information regarding my health and my child’s health relevant to the practice of Yoga, Massage and Swimming on my child and take full responsibility for all applications of Yoga, Massage and Swimming I may practise outside the Babybliss classes both now and in the future.
I accept that Babybliss does not take responsibility for any applications of Yoga or Swimming practices described or shown in books and videos. I fully understand that the recommendations, ideas and techniques expressed and described in Babybliss classes cannot be regarded as a substitute for the advice of qualified medical practitioners and I have read and agree to the terms and conditions
Any uses to which the recommendations, ideas and techniques are put are at my sole discretion and risk.
I the undersigned agree to adhere to the pool rules (a copy is at the poolside), during the time I am a guest of the centre. I agree to inform the teacher of any medical or behavioural changes before the beginning of a class. I understand that Babybliss will not be liable for any loss or damage or injury that may occur whilst at the swimming premises. I will be responsible for my child/children at all times. Practice outside any of the lessons is done so at the parent responsibility. I understand that Babybliss does not give refunds once the course has started, or if the lessons are missed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
By signing these terms and conditions I agree to updates from Babybliss and my data shared within the Babybliss teachers for use within the classes.
